DPR 28/02/13

Today I collected the remaining forms with identities from students and checked them completely. Then I reached to bank and deposited the same there. Today they accepted them. It tool almost all of my day. Then   I returned back and did some library work and wrote my dpr.

DPR for 27/02/2013

Description of today's work:

• Today I visited bank for collecting for submitting forms. But they are not submitting forms with school identification of students they are demanding other identification of students too. I told them about the guidelines given by the dept for opening of bank account of students but all in vein.
• Then I returned back to school and told students to bring there identity proof with them next day.
• Even I collected some identity documents from nearby students. 
• Then I visited to other schools of my cluster to get the status of account opening there. 
• In between, I also handled library work.
• I captured some pics and wrote my DPR.

DPR for 26th Feb, 2013

Description of today's work:

1. After attending morning assembly, I collected the filled bank account opening forms of students. 
2. Then I reached to Bank, but bank officials were not accepting forms with school identity and demanding student's identity separately.
3. After that I returned back and directed students to bring there identity proof.
4. In between I handled all library related tasks.
5. I went to GPS, Kalri Jagir and checked their status. They completed the task of bank account opening of students.
6. I captured some pics and uploaded the same. Also wrote my dpr and sent to all official in addition of updation of blog.

DPR 23 Feb, 2013

Description of Today's Work:

1. Today I started my day with a meeting to schedule non board classes examination. We decided to plan exam starting from 28th Feb, 2013. 
2. Then I do some work related to typing of question papers of some classes.
3. In between I did library management work too. Also checked the SPAT results. One of our students is qualified in it. We prepared him for his next SPAT level.
4. Also checked the work related to bank account opening, Which is in progress.
5. I captured some pictures in between and uploaded the same.
6. Then I wrote my DPR and sent to all officials.

Description of today's work

• After attending morning assembly, Today we resumed our account opening work and all most all forms are filled now. 
• I also created some charts for library.
• I handled all task related to library.

Description of today's work

• Today there is a farewell party of 9th, 10th, 10+1, 10+2 in our school. We celebrated this with the students.
• We wish all the students best of luck in there future.

DPR 20/02/13

Description of today's work:

• Today after attending morning assembly. I started my day with the task of doing some work related to collection of some school related information from Principal sir.
• Then I took part in the bank account opening activity going on. We found some shortage of forms, then I went to bank and got the required forms form there.
• I spend my whole day in this activity. In addition I also handled all library related activities.
• I captured some pics in between and wrote my dpr and sent to all officials.

Description of today's work:

• After morning assembly timing, I started my day with photographer and completed the work of photography for students whose bank account to be opened.
• Then we started filling bank account opening forms.
• Handled library related activities. 
• Did some work related to question paper typing for sem-2 non board classes.

• Wrote my dpr and sent to all officials.

Description of today's work:

• After reaching on time, I told the students about newspaper reading and what we should follow in newspaper.
• We have sent a list of students whose bank account to be opened to BEO sir and to bank officials also we got account opening forms from them.
• I handled all activities of library and created a list of books in excel.
• Also captured some pics and uploaded same on HSSPP page.
• I took computer classes of students.
• Wrote my dpr and sent to all officials.

Description of today's work:

• After reaching on time and completing daily routine work, I started the day with creation and compilation of students list whose bank account is not opened yet.
• As today is 16th of Feb, we celebrated Hand Wash day at GSSS Kalri Jagir in presence of Dr. Sunil Dutt (In Charge), staff members and students.
• I clicked some pics during the events.
• Handled all library related activities.
• Wrote my DPR and sent to all officials.

Description of today's progress:

• Today I handled all library related activities.
• Told the students about the benefits of reading newspaper and also told what are the main news we should follow daily in newspaper.
• Today I also took computer period of 10th class.

• After attending daily routine work, I started my library work.
• I attended staff meeting for some time (we discussed some points in it).
• I took computer periods of classes.
• Today ABRC madam was on visit, I met with her and discussed some points about work.

Description of work :

• After attending morning assembly, I started my day with collecting and feeding staff details in my PC.
• This took some time for completion, will have to convert this into CD.
• Also took two computer period for making students aware about computer and IT.
• Even handled all activities related to library of GSSS Kalri Jagir.
• Clicked some pics and uploaded the same.
• Wrote my DPR and sent the emails to respective officials.

Description of Today's Work:

• Today I started my day with the visit to schools come under my cluster.
• I visited GPS, Mukhala, met with the staff members their and  collected relevant details from head master.
• Then I visited GPS, Mukhali, interacted with staff members and got required information form them.
• Then I returned back to GSSS Kalri Jagir. After that I did the work related to create the staff details in excel.
• In between I handled all activities of library.
• Even I took two period one of computer and other one of library.
• I wrote my DPR and sent the same to all officials and updated my blog.
• Clicked some pics in between and uploaded the same.

Description of today's work:

• Today I started my day with some library related work.
• After completing that I got a employees details form and I started filling that with getting information form employees.
• In between I created a list of with their serial nos that will be helpful to students to identify the books of their choice.
• I created a chart related to Library rules.
• I captured some pics and uploaded the same.
• Then I wrote my DPR and sent to all related officials.

Daily Progress Report for 6/02/2013

Description of work:

• Today after reaching school on time, I attended morning assembly.
• Then I took a round in whole school and clicked some pictures.
• Today I also studied library manual in detail and tried the same to implement in my school's library.
• I also did the work related to library like book's issue or return.
• I took one library period and in this period I told the students about importance of books and rules to be followed inside the library.
• Then I wrote my DPR and sent the same to all officials.
• Told some selected students how they can use computer and IT in their daily routine work to enhance their knowledge.

DPR Tuesday 5th Feb, 2013

Description of work:

• I reached school on time and attended daily routine work like attendance, morning assembly etc.
• Then I took one library period of students.
• After that I went to BEO office, Indri to attend meeting regarding CWSN and school development plan 2013-14. I got to know many from this meeting with BEO sir and other staff there.
• It took 3-4 hours there and I returned back to school and did my pending work like DPR related, Photo Uploading etc.

DPR for 4/02/2013

Description of work is given below:

• As always I reached school on time and attended the morning assembly session.
• Then I started my pending work related to library to make it operational. I arranged all text book with their title and classes. Then also made a list of books issued in session 2012-13, which is not returned. Also created a list of which are not present.
• Even did some work related to clean the library with the help of students. Discussed with students to make some charts for library. Now library is fully clean and good for study.
• Then I sent all related data to Mr. Rajiv (Ex Lib in Charge). He will discuss further with principal sir.
• Even I took two periods related to Library and told the students the importance of books and library to develop their skills and knowledge.
• In between, I also captured some pics and uploaded the same on HSSPP official page.
• At last, I created my DPR and sent that.  

DPR for 02/02/13

Description is shown below:

• Today I started my day with the Library related task. After getting charge from Mr. Rajiv (Ex Lib in charge) I compiled all the books.
• Made a list of books that are not found and consumed. There are 3027 books and all in good condition.
• Made a separate list of text book available in our stock. 
• I reported the same to Mr. Rajiv. I also took library periods of two classes.
• I also discussed the library management points with Principal sir.  

DPR 1st Feb, 2012

Description is given below:

• As always I reached school on time and attended morning assembly.
• Then I created a copy of students record from 6th to 12th class. 
• Then I discussed some points to principal sir about taking charge of Library. Then I took charge from Mr. Rajiv (Ex Lib In charge) and collected all data from him.
• I arranged books in serial manner. Then I started to make record in my computer about the book stock.
• Also took two periods related to library. I issued and got books back form students in between.
• I captured some pics and uploaded the same.

DPR for Thursday 31st Jan, 2013

Description of work:

• As today 31st Jan, 2013 our principal sir is retired from his govt services. So today we celebrated a party to honor him.
• I captured all the moments of this party. We wish him best of luck in his all future prospects.
• I also visited to Sport Stadium Kalri Jagir, Indri, Karnal. As students of district took part in SPAT here. 13 students from our school took part in it.
• Also captured some pics there. Also uploaded the same on HSSPP official page.
• Completed some daily routine work there.

DPR Wednesday, 30th Jan, 2013

Today I started my day with the visit to GPS Kalri Jagir. I inspected the staff and students their. After inspecting that I really felt they are doing best of best. The mostly students of GPS Kalri Jagir are really well mannered and bright in their study. I inspected and checked the level of all classes according to their syllabus. It was really good experience to see such good mannered and brilliant students. Thanks to Headmaster Sir and staff members of GPS Kalri Jagir. Then I returned back to GSSS Kalri Jagir. Then I do some work related to creating data for students. I clicked some pics of students. Last but not the least, on 31st Jan, 2013 our principal sir (Sh. Shubhash Chander Bhardwaj) is retiring form their govt. services, so we   planned and prepared a program for tomorrow.

DPR for Tuesday, 29th Jan, 2013

Description of work :

• I reached the school on time. I started my day with the planning to inspect and monitor the computer lab and playground conditions. Almost all computers are running properly but some not. I directed computer staff about the same.
• After that I took one computer period on 8th class and told them the importance of computer aided learning and basics of IT.
• I also discussed importance of computer and IT with staff and told them to enhance their knowledge with the help of Internet.
• I took two library periods. In between this I issued and got back books from students.
• I caputered some pics and uploaded the same on HSSPP official page

DPR for Monday 28th Jan, 2013

As this is 8th day of my joining. As my daily routine I reached the school on time.

Description of work:

• I started my day with a planning to visit BEO, Indri and DPC, Karnal offices. I got permission for that from school principle.
• Firstly I met with BEO sir and gave my joining and discussed some points about my job profile.
• Then I visited to DPC office, Karnal and met with the DPC sir. He gave me instruction about my task and I discussed my profile with him too. He gave me good direction about my work.
• Then I return back to school at about 3 Pm and did my DPR and pic uploading work.

DPR for 26th Jan, 2013

I specially thanks to GSSS Kalri Jagir staff for celebrating this 64th republic day. A very good effort from Sh. Jaibhagwan and participating students for this memorable celebration.

Description of work

1. I captured snaps of this whole program and uploaded on HSSPP official page.
2. It was a good program, students did best with in small time and with very less resources.
3. Sh. Shubhash Sir (Principle), Sh. Jai Bhagwan Sir, Sh. Sunil Sir gave speech on Republic day and told the importance of patriotic festivals in India.
4. Patriotic Song sang by Sh. Shubhash Sir and Sh. Jai Bhagwan Sir was main attraction  In addition to that play about dowry, cleanness, some patriotic songs were also of appreciable.
5. SMC chief was also present there. She also took part in this.
6. Really a good day for me, as it remind me my childhood. It was of 3-4 hours program.
7. I sent my DPR and maintained my DPR blog.

Daily Progress Report for Friday, January 25, 2013 From Vikas Kumar IOLM GSSS Karlri Jagir, Indri (Karnal)

This is 4th day of my joining at GSSS Kalri Jagir, Teh-Indri, Karnal.

Description of Work I did today

• I reached school on time, attended daily routing work at school.
• Today principle sir Sh. Shubhash Chander Bhardwaj was present. I interacted with him and completed joining formalities.
• Today computer teachers and computer lab assistant are present. I interacted with them.
• Today I came to know that Internet and Photostat cum printer machine is not in working condition.
• I reported the issue to principle sir and hoping for the good reply from him.
• As these are the main requirements (Computer Desktop, Internet, Printer). And it is really unfortunate that only computer desktop is working.
• I captured some snap of Computer lab and student studying there.
• I uploaded the pics to HSSPP official page and sent my DPR.

DPR for 24th Jan, 2013

  Today is the 3rd day of my joining as IOLM at GSSS, Kalri Jagir, Teh-Indri, Distt.-Karnal. The description of work I did today is given below.

   Description :

•   As the third day of joining. I reached school on time and took part in morning assembly and some daily routing work at GSSS Kalri Jagir. 
•  Then I visited some schools come under my cluster and got some relevant information from the head of these schools.
•  In my cluster, I visited GPS Kalri Jagir, Indri and met with staff there. Also got information about number of students and library book stock available there.
•  I also visited GPS Khukhni and Govt Middle School Khukhni ( these are in block Indri, Distt-Karnal). I met with staff there and got the students and library related information from there.
•  I captured some pictures of these schools. Uploaded the same on HSSPP official page.
• As principle sir was on leave from the day I joined the school.
• I sent email to both email ids and updated my daily progress report blog .

    Today is the 2nd day of my joining as IOLM at GSSS, Kalri Jagir, Teh-Indri, Distt.-Karnal. The description of work I did today is given below.

   Description :

•   As the second day of joining. I started my work with checking books and other study materials available in the Library stock of GSSS Kalri Jagir. Arranged these books in a good fashion with serial numbering on all books. Maintaining the stock register for these books is in progress. 
•  As principle sir was on leave from last two days, so I didn't interacted with him yet.
•  I specially checked the working place of mid day meal with the materials they are using for cooking. 
•  I wanted to check the computer lab whether it is operating or not but lab instructor was on leave from last one or two weeks.
•  I captured some pictures of Library after arrangements. Even with that some other pics related to school.
• I took part in guiding students for importance of Independence day (15th of Aug.) and Republic Day (26th Jan.). Even suggested some topics and plays to them for preparation. 
• I took information about all the staff and the subject they are teaching

Today is the first day of my joining as IOLM at GSSS, Kalri Jagir, Teh-Indri, Distt.-Karnal. The description of work I did today is given below.

   Description :

•   As this is first day of my joining. Today I interacted with the staff of GSSS Kalri Jagir.
•  As principle sir was on leave today, so I didn't interacted with him yet.
•  I took a round of school and I saw all rooms, playground and mid day meal's place. 
•  In addition to that I have seen computer room and library room of GSSS Kalri Jagir. Good arrangement of books was there.
•  Library in-charge Mr. Rajiv (Drawing teacher) was saying to give me the charge of Library.
• Totally a good day of joining, all staff is very good.
